About 48-72 hours, you will feel better in the morning. Are you sure that your symptoms are the result of trimethoprim?
This is not a side effect of the antibiotic. It is still infected. If not for tomorrow, back to your doctor as soon as possible!
just work hard and you'll do ur feet again quicker
