Hello I just got a new LCD Monitor CMV-221A / D 22 "CHIMEI and has a dead pixel, I'm on a refund, because I just bought this right?

Most manufacturers do not offer refunds or exchanges on screens less than 6 or more pixilation dead. Only the online retailers in general. I would call the manufacturer and see.
