Most retailers and manufacturers do not consider it a dead pixel as a failure. In general, it is necessary, several dead pixels before, have something to do, and often observed to be under 30 or 90 days according to the company. While most other places in the light of the dead pixel is normal wear and tear.

The retailer is known that this is TigerDirect.com. If a pixel is dead, can not excahnge, but needs 90 days for a new monitor. For a monitor needs to be extended for 30 days. After you with the production and over again that they think not of death, digital photos to your problem. Regarding the monitoring of working with dead pixels for nothing.

Contact CHIMEI here, but you'll be happy to receive the care. Even if at all, you can end up paying for shipping both ways, and they can cost you more, then fixing a dead pixel is worth it.
