How Do I Improve My Dribbling Left Hand How Can I Improve My Skating Spiral?

How can I improve my skating spiral? - how do i improve my dribbling left hand

I did figure skating for almost 4 years, but my role is rubbish and I hate to do this in public. Are there certain exercises I can do to improve it? It is not only the flexibility to work on the force as well. All comments would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. If you do not, do not go to the weight of the leg, like many other suggestions, you can only use his skates on one foot inside and take something that's big find. Try to keep your right leg behind you about five minutes (it takes lots of practice). If you do, you stand on the leg a few inches. Furthermore, every day for a month or two to do and you notice changes in their spirals. Good luck!

PS: You can do this without pads - is still very difficult!

Yes, there are exercises you can do to improve your spiral. You can improve your ankle weight, his strength, if desired. And only the practice of position a lot, and you can someone to see the gently lift the leg. There are some good tutorials on YouTube that are useful exercises you can do:)

from the practice ice is as important as practice in the mirror
Flexibility: It is the position of the party entering into a spiral to hold the leg with his hand
can do for strength: leg raises with ankle weights, you, lying down or standing, or if you raise your leg in a spiral
Good luck and have fun!
