How To Mask Canopies Suggestions For Longer Naps At Day Care?

Suggestions for longer naps at day care? - how to mask canopies

My 9 months old baby has two naps of 2 hours at home (but only 20 minutes nap around 4 per day) in kindergarten. I know it's b / CA child wakes up and starts to be loud, and it is dark in the room. If we are away from home that we sleep in her stroller, but they usually carry a light blanket on the canopy to light and sound block. It works very well, but I do not know how I could cover the beds of the day care.

Someone has another idea for the nursery? Baby I want to sleep mask!

Having been a caregiver by day, be assured that the day care for children, would make a lot more naps! Your suggestions will be useful, but remember that what works at home do not necessarily work in the kindergarten. He has never ceased to be amazed by the number of parents to me very precise instructions for obtaining your nap (Rock it 157 times while humming the theme song from the movie "Gilligan's Iceland, then you get drop on the left side and with special blankets covered, but leave the legs, then back massage in a circular motion counterclockwise, repeating until deep breath ... if you wake up, etc..) Maintainer hands full with several children at the same time and it is impossiblealways the same routine as the parents at home. The best thing to do, start making more noise and light at home during naps your baby learns this inconvenience and can be used to introduce sleep with them. Also, you will not regret if you have more children.

Try prodvider kindergarten radio rejected or perhaps a fan appeared on the nursery. This is to do what we, the noise in our house during the opening times of the NAP for toddlers can muffle!

Stop trying to stop him if he is not in the nursery and you can learn to cope with life as it really is. Infants best if allowed to adjust to its environment rather than adapt to their environment.

To be honest, I think you should adjust your child do to a nap, a day sometimes shortly after lunch. Casual naps for a child this age does nothing but irritate the situation. In a little over one years old is your child will make a different age group and a nap once a day for 2 to 3 hours. With all the noise and not too dark ... Who must be guided by their surroundings, which spends most of his time. That in most cases he is on call. It may be convenient for you to do on Sunday and what you want, but it's really best for your child the same time to avoid to avoid confusion. Therefore, you should wake up ... both dark and quiet nap served together. Only land it is ... if he good for that, I was tired ... If not, then it was not really tired. I say hold until after lunch ... will surely be exhausted! And what do you know ... A few hours' rest for yourself! Good luck!
